KLES International School, Belagavi, hosted Symphony-XI, a Cultural Extravaganza with 22 Participating Schools on 26th January 2024 Symphony-XI, a prestigious Cultural Meet showcasing the talents of 22 participating schools.

Distinguished guests for the event were Honourable Dr Prabhakar Kore Chairman KLE Society, Shri Nitish Patil, IAS Deputy Commissioner of Belagavi, Dr Preeti Doddwad, Coordinator KLES' English Medium Schools and Dr Deepa Medgud, Joint Member Secretary KLES' English Medium Schools, Symphony-XI certainly proved to be an enriching cultural experience, bringing together all KLES schools to showcase their artistic proficiency.

Symphony X - 2020


Inter KLE School Fest, Symphony X, a glorious, cultural extravaganza, celebrated with lot of fervour, excitement and team spirit on 26th January, was hosted by KLES' International School at KLES' Lingraj College Ground, where twenty-one schools of prestigious KLE Society participated. The Chief guest and the guest of honour were Air Commodore Mr. R. Ravishankar VSM and Mrs. V Chitra Shankar, Co-ordinator Dr. Preeti Dodwad and also the Principals' of respective schools graced the occasion.


The Mega event commenced with a melodious song sung by the choir group of KLES’ International School followed by an enchanting group dance performance. The Principal Mrs. Dipti Ingley, welcomed the esteemed gathering and motivated the students to perform to the best of their abilities.

The event witnessed the 21 KLES’ schools vying for the top positions in different cultural forms viz. folk dance, fusion, Musical drill, street play, Mime, Group singing and patriotic performance. The Mega event unfolded a spectrum of magnificent shows displaying creativity at its zenith which was a treat for the eyes. The spectacular show glorified the unity in cultural diversity and the patriotic fervour among students. The illustrious judges for the event were Mrs Daya Shahpurkar(Principal, Bhatkande school); Mrs Kamal Kulkarni(V.M.Shanbhag School) and Mrs Kirti Doddannavar(Council Member, Bhartesh Trust Education).
The Co-ordinator of KLES' Schools congratulated the students for exhibiting their best talent and advised them to be always par excellence in any field they choose.

Symphony-IX


Symphony-IX, a cultural event at its vibrant best, is awaited with bated breath every year on 26th January. KLES' International School, Belagavi, hosts this spectacular mega event every year not only to celebrate the implementation of the Constitution but also to celebrate the unity in its cultural diversity and the patriotic fervour amongst the Indians. The event witnesses the 18 KLE society schools vying for the top positions in different dance forms viz. folk dance, fusion, drill, street play, dance drama and patriotic performance. The team spirit, leadership qualities, the artistic appeal, the untiring efforts of the entire school and parents in terms of the selection of the song, dance, costume, backdrop and the passion to excel are brought to the core in Symphony.


The extravagant event got off to a flying start with the KLE School Coordinator, Dr. Preeti Doddwad hoisting the tricolour. The mega event was one of its kind with the incredible march past, breathtaking dance by the Shiamak Davar group, a magnificent Malkhamb display by Athani School, patriotic songs sung harmoniously displaying the nationalistic zeal by the choir group and last but not the least, the nail biting finish with the proclamation of the Symphony prizes.

The Chief Guest of this impressive programme, Rev Fr. Pedro Rodrigues, Principal of St. Paul's School, in his memorable speech reiterated the youngsters to pursue their goals relentlessly and work towards it with total dedication and passion..
The eminent dance judges,Mrs.Swati Kulkarni, Mrs. Sunanada Kalpatri and Mrs. Mythili Kapileshwarkar, all renowned in the art circles, had a tough time in selecting the winning teams.
Principal, Mrs. Dipti Ingley, with her gifted ability, maneuvered the event, skillfully towards perfection. Mrs. Savita Bhandari was the teacher in charge of Symphony IX and she along with the teachers and the students has worked tirelessly round the clock to put up this notable show.

Symphony VIII

KLES’ INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Belagavi celebrated Symphony –VIII (2017-2018), a celebration of an amalgamation of cultures, values, tradition, beliefs, the artistic talents and the competitive spirit of the students on 26th January, 2018. It is one of the largest KLE Inter-School cultural confluences of 18 schools which coincide on Republic Day.
Major General Sanjay Soi, Commandant, Junior Leader Wing, Belagavi, graced this auspicious morning session of the spectacular cultural event and hoisted the National flag. Our beloved


Co-ordinator of KLES’ English medium Schools, Dr. Preeti Kore Doddwad, both an inspiration and a source of guidance extended her wholehearted support to the joyous event.
All the Principal’s of KLE Schools were warmly welcomed by Principal, Dipti Ingley and the ceremony took off effortlessly to a fantastic start with a melodious group song portraying the need for love and peace to prevail and the flawless and well coordinated march past by all the 18 KLE Schools.
Major General Sanjay Soi in his memorable speech wished all a very happy Republic Day and urged and encouraged the youth of today to shoulder the responsibility of serving India with the right dedication, passion, values and love for the community.
The sparkling ceremony was superbly anchored by Master Aryan and Miss Rhea Kalghatgi, both of class 5 under the marvelous guidance of Ms. Apoorva Gudi. Mrs. Savita Bhandari, being the in-charge teacher for the Symphony, considerably maneuvered the whole show responsibly with due support from her team of teachers..
The cultural event was a showstopper with a list of fabulous competitions lined up for the day. The event was all the more spectacular and star studded due to the presence of our multi-faceted and beloved Chairman Sir, Mr. Prabhakar Kore. The chief guest for the cultural event was Dr. Alka Kale, Dean of KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences. The event was a rich fusion of our vibrant culture, heritage and our zealous spirit of patriotism for our motherland. The various categories in the competition included the patriotic performance, street play, dance drama, folk dance, drill and fusion dance. The eminent judges were Mr. Sudhanand Kalpatri, Mr. Mahesh Jadhav and Ms. Maithili Kapileshwar.
Around 1000 participants participated in this Mega Event. The students of KLE Schools have always been encouraged and instigated to nurture and exhibit their inherent abilities to the core and Symphony proposes to prove its point by mentoring and showcasing these hidden talents.
Co-ordinator of K.L.E Schools, Dr. Preeti Dodwad addressed the gathering and expressed her happiness to witness the passionate and polished zeal, monumental hard work and the jubiliant spirit of oneness in making this an exotic and an ecstatic event to remember.
