KLES' International School’s Eco Club, powered by Green Saviours Plants League has come up with a unique initiative to address the need to save our environment.’Regreen’ is an event to generate awareness about Ecology, Environment, Climate and related issues
A thought-provoking and inspiring interaction with Mr. Sameer Majali, Founder of the Green Saviour Association, that ignited a deeper sense of environmental responsibility.
Green Saviors graciously conducted an Agroforestry Plantation Drive at Benkanhalli on Sunday, 25 January 2026, with the lively and enthusiastic participation of the Grade 7 students of KLES' International School, Belagavi, who came together to sow the seeds of a greener and more sustainable tomorrow.
On Sunday, January 18, 2026, KLES’ International School took a meaningful step toward environmental stewardship by organizing an Agroforestry Plantation Drive in collaboration with the Eco Club – Green Saviours. Held at the verdant site of Benkanhalli, the initiative reflected the school’s dedication to creating a greener future.
The active participation of Grade 6 and 7 students highlighted the school’s focus on nurturing environmentally responsible citizens from a young age. Teachers and staff worked alongside students, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and community spirit. Leading the initiative, Principal Mrs. Dipti Ingley inspired participants with her vision and message of sustainability.
This plantation drive is a testament to KLES’ ongoing mission to empower students with knowledge, compassion, and responsibility. By integrating environmental values into both its curriculum and culture, the school continues to cultivate leaders committed to sustainable living.
The Eco Club of KLES’ International School, Belagavi, in association with Green Saviour, was enriched by a meaningful and inspiring interaction with Mr. Sameer Majali, Founder of the Green Saviour Association, on 16th January 2026, sowing the seeds of environmental consciousness and nurturing young minds towards a greener and more sustainable future.
A Plantation Drive was carried out by Grade 6 students in association with the Eco Club – Green Saviours on 16th November 2025 at Atiwad, Belagavi.
A vibrant Drawing Competition for Grades 5 to 7, centered around the themes of Biodiversity, Deforestation, and Weather Extremes, along with a thought-provoking Essay Competition for Grades 8 to 10 on the theme “Climate Change – A Wake-Up Call for Humanity,” was beautifully organized by the Green Saviours Association at KLES' International School, Belagavi, on 4th October 2025, inspiring young minds to reflect on and celebrate the planet we share.
On November 10th, students from KLES'International School, Belagavi, joined forces with the Green Saviour team for a tree plantation drive at Vidyagiri, behind KLE Hospital, Belagavi.
We were honored to have Mr Sameer Majali, renowned environmentalist and leader of the Green Saviours Movement, visit our campus on 28th October 2024. His inspiring talk on the importance of planting saplings for a sustainable society deeply resonated with our teachers and staff.
Students from KLES' International School, Belagavi actively joined the Green Saviours team for a plantation drive on January 8, 2024, at the Golf Course.
NCC Cadets actively participated in a Tree Plantation Initiative alongside the Green Saviours Association, contributing to the greening efforts at the Golf Course on December 17, 2023.
On November 24, 2023, KLES' International School orchestrated an impactful event, featuring a rally accompanied by a compelling street play.
The procession commenced at BIMS Hospital and traversed through the vibrant route to Kolhapur Circle, strategically designed to raise awareness about pressing environmental concerns.
Engaging in this meaningful initiative were students from the 8th and 9th grades, along with enthusiastic participation from NCC cadets and Marathi edium girls high school School no 7.
On 5th October 2023, Grade 6 students from KLES' International School, Belagavi, organized a tree-planting initiative at the ITBP Campus Vantmuri training center in collaboration with Green Saviour.
On the 8th of October 2023, a Plantation Drive took place at the golf course, organized by a group of enthusiastic Class 7 students in collaboration with Green Saviours members."

On 27th August 2023, Kles International School with Green Saviour for a Plantation Drive event. A total of 27 students and two teachers participated in the event, which took place at the Commando Training Area.
"Green Impact"
Kles International School students, along with 25 children and two teachers, enthusiastically participated in a Plantation Drive held on August 20, 2023. This event took place at the Commando training area, where the young participants joined forces to contribute to environmental conservation through planting trees and fostering a greener future.
The Tree Tales competition, organized by KLES' International School, showcased the talents of students from Classes 9 and 10. The event was a grand success, thanks to the participation of Green Saviours members and the dedicated teachers from the school who served as judges.
On the 18th of June 2023, the enthusiastic Class 9 students of our school embarked on a meaningful journey to Manorang Farm Macche. Collaborating with the dedicated environmental organization, Green Saviours, the students eagerly participated in a plantation drive. The event aimed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility among the students and contribute to the preservation of nature.
On the occasion of World Environment Day, KLES' International School Belagavi, put the best foot forward in creating an awareness about sustainable development. The resource persons, Mrs Ramya and Mr Umesh guided class IX students in making seed balls and also reiterated the importance of these in preserving the environment.
KLES' International School students joined hands with Green Saviours Association and planted saplings in the school premises on 7th June 2023.
The students participated wholeheartedly in the session along with the Green Saviours team.
